By accessing or using Ganula, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Use of Service

Ganula is a personal language learning tool. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use it to distribute, resell, or build competing products.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Ganula a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the service (transcription, vocabulary analysis). We do not share your content with third parties.

4. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your data. By using Ganula, you agree to our data practices as described therein.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

6. Disclaimer

Ganula is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the service will be error-free.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in competent courts of jurisdiction.
